Folks; todays picture of the day comes to you from the ever-amazing Pupukea sandbar, on the north shore. Every year usually around Feb-March, tons of
sand gets pushed into the beach at Pupukea, between Pipeline and Rocky Point. During these months, the sand gets groomed into a long series of hollow sandy beach breaks. This is pretty much my favorite time of the season for photographing just waves. The water becomes really transparent and there are tubes all over the place. It’s also an excellent time to body surf. I’ve named this image Canvas wrap. All Facebook users can save 10% by entering the code: facemate when checking out at surfphotosart.com.
