Long before I even picked up a camera at the age of 15, I already had a strong interest in art. I was always very inspired by visuals. Art was definitely one of my favourite classes at school. I’ve dealt with surf publishers globally for the past 20 years and I feel that I’ve come full circle. Over the past several years, commercial interests have given way back to artisitic pursuits. I’ve held 4 solo art shows in Hawaii, Brazil and Australia in recent years, as well as contributing to a bevy of other shows, locally, nationally and internationally. My latest showing was at the Canon Gallery in Honolulu, entitled The North Shore in Black and White and was showing throughout November, 2009.
